RMP Named One of the Top 50 Fastest-growing Printers in the U.S.

Orem, Utah - Rocky Mountain Printing was recently named one of the top 50 fastest-growing printers in the U.S. by American Printer (Chicago), a business-to-business publication for the graphic-arts industry. Now in its ninth year, American Printer’s Top 50 Fastest Growing Printers competition recognizes graphic-arts firms that have experienced outstanding growth during the past three years. To be eligible, printers must have been in business for at least three years and have had sales of more than $1 million during 2001.
Rocky Mountain Printing ranked No. 42 with 26 percent growth. Winners were recognized in the June 2002 issue of American Printer.
While fast growth isn’t always a reliable indicator of profitability, the measure allows for simplicity and objectivity in ranking the companies. "The printing industry has been challenged by the difficulty economy, but these printers have defied the downward business trends," observes Katherine O’Brien, editor of American Printer. "These top 50 winners clearly applied innovative business thinking and selling to achieve their impressive growth."
